The Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy announces the upcoming launch of the world’s largest urban festival in Poland

WARSAW, June 24, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The eleventh session of the World Urban Forum (FUM11) will begin on June 26 at Katowice (Poland) under the banner “Transforming our cities for a better urban future”. During the five days of the Forum, the eyes of the world will be on Katowice where experts, politicians and local government representatives will discuss urban development and the future of cities. In addition to the debates, sessions and presentations, the FUM11 will also offer many attractions, such as the Urban Expo, concerts, meetings with young people and even urban cinema. WUF Core Curriculum

WUF11’s core program is made up of many types of events, such as dialogues, special sessions, workshops and panel discussions. These events are organized by UN-Habitat, Poland, as well as external partners selected through an open call. Nearly five hundred events of this type are scheduled at the International Convention Centre, so there will be plenty to choose from!
